When you say that to a person do you have any idea what runs through their head? For me it’s literally -never- ‘Oh wow this person wants to talk to me, I am so happy and validated by this attention’. It’s ‘Oh god, what do they want? What am I supposed to do? What are they going to do to me if I don’t stop and talk to them?’. I should not have to walk around worrying about what somebody is going to do to me because you think by cat-calling and being a skeezy jerk you’re paying me the highest of compliments and me ignoring you is me being some ungrateful ‘bitch’. Go fuck yourself.
